Measure your progress (test 1-9)

To track your progress and/or to participate in the research program (if you are interested), I recommend an assessment at the beginning of the program then at 6 and 12 weeks.

There might be tests you are not able to perform, or you have to modify the way you are doing them. It is important that you are not pushing yourself into pain or discomfort when you are doing these tests. Just write down why you are currently not able to do them or how you are modifying the tests so then you can reassess yourself later in the program.
